Under a hundred miles of limestone lived a creature so infamed that the people of this world dared not speak his name. For the beast was locked away by a centuries-old book that was unearthed upon a mighty quest where seven lives it took. And when we the book was finally brought back, the sorcerers made haste to perform the incantation and attempt to seal the creature's fate.

Centuries have passed, and no one can recall the world when it was new and we weren't alone at all.

But on a woodland stroll one night, a limestone rock was found by an innocent young woman who picked it off the ground. And on the underside was written, in scrawling blood-red text, a single unfamiliar word. She knew it not was vexed. And upon reading the word aloud, the ground beneath her, it did shake. For when one utters an ancient evil name, the sleeper will awake.

Wake up, sleepy soul. The world is changing around you. You'll want a hand in this.

"You who has awakened me from countless years of sleep. I thank you for releasing me, but you know not what you reap. For now the world shall be returned to a time before man's birth. When monsters, gods, and giants freely roamed the earth."
